    Pardon the intrusion, but I just got finished with this:

    It's a menu-driven win32 console utility I wrote since I was never
    able to figure out how to get CHIRP or Baofeng's programmer to
    display in English instead of Chinese. Written and built using
    PowerBASIC 10.03 for Windows.
